Return policy

We accept return requests within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Item(s) should be sent back within 5 working days of receipt of the prepaid label.

Item(s) must be intact: they must not have been worn or damaged, they must be clean and with all tags still attached, and include all original, undamaged packaging and any relative accessories received with the order or they may be refused.
Hemmed items, or altered items, cannot be returned.


Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used at checkout. We cannot process a return if there is no purchasing information available.

Once we receive your returned item(s), your refund will be issued within 7 to 12 business days. Your bank or credit card institution may take up to 3 weeks to acknowledge the credit after we process the refund.


We do not offer direct exchanges, currently. Please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order online.

Return costs

A return fee of 15€ will be applied to cover the cost of the return label. In case of faulty items, no fees will be applied.

For all other currencies, the equivalent of €15 will be applied based on current exchange rates.

Return shipments

Spiewak cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc. Moreover, Spiewak is not responsible for improperly packaged items.

Return shipments transit time

Returned items arrive at our warehouses usually within 14-21 business days.
Once arrived, any return is subject to a quality assurance check.
